A veteran healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience, Leon has served in various leadership positions in public and private healthcare organisations providing primary to tertiary care, and long-term care. He has extensive experience in policy planning and strategy formulation, clinical services development, quality management, hospital and clinic operations, as well as corporate marketing, business development in Singapore and regional markets such as Southeast Asia and Middle East.  

Leon completed his undergraduate degree in UK under the Singapore Government Scholarship, followed by a Master of Business Administration in National University Singapore. Driven by a desire to give back to society, Leon serves for over a decade as a volunteer community leader in grassroots organisations and community development councils, and on the board of Silver Ribbon Singapore. He received the National Day Award in 2008 in recognition of his exemplary contributions.  

As Chief Executive Officer, he is focused on the goal of developing Oracare into the leading dental group in Southeast Asia.

Andy Cropp

Having worked as a finance professional for over 20 years, Andy has a passion for the entrepreneurial environment.  

Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with EY in 2003, his career has been focussed on Mergers and Acquisitions for SME's across many industries, with a speciality in Private Equity transactions. This experience was compounded during his two years as an Investment Manager at the UK private equity firm, Bridgepoint Development Capital. 

With a brief stint as CFO of a London-based tech start-up before joining Oracare in 2016, Andy has a rounded financial understanding having been Advisor, Investor, and now as an integral part of the management team.

Now, in his role as Chief Financial Officer of Oracare Group, he seeks to drive growth and long term value creation for the business and its stakeholders. What he enjoys the most is meeting like-minded dental entrepreneurs and paving the way for shared success.

Dr. Shaun Thompson is a dental entrepreneur and global operator in transformative dental solutions. Shaun has over 15 years of experience in identifying new technology trends and building teams and products. Shaun has lived and built businesses in South America, Asia and the United States, giving him a deep understanding of cultural and market needs, and negotiating skills. Shaun is a thought leader in blockchain technology applications in the Dental Services Organization (DSO) space and the future of dentistry.

In 2013 Shaun founded The Expat Dental Group to serve the 232 million expats moving around the globe via Expat Dental branded dental spas and partner clinics that operate in a network and are powered by the Dental Service Organization (DSO) backend technology. Headquartered in Singapore, Expat Dental partnered with Oracare Group in 2019 to expand further throughout S.E. Asia. The next phase of growth is global roll-out of the network to expat-dense hubs around the world.

As part of the Oracare Group leadership team, he is passionate about investing in charismatic entrepreneurs and new technologies in the dental space such as blockchain to drive value for stakeholders and build something that is truly unique.

Jena’s legal experience comprises a variety of practice areas including civil litigation, municipal tax and property law. Her background includes trial experience in both state and federal courts, including appellate jurisdictions. She has been practicing corporate law and compliance in Singapore since 2014.
